Dr. Emmanuel Kpon Saye is a passionate public health with diverse background in Law, Business Administration, and Nursing. Since 2020, he has led Liberia’s National Diabetes and Hypertension Integration Project funded by the World Diabetes Foundation, working to make chronic disease care a regular part of the country’s primary healthcare system. His work spans data systems, policy development, advocacy, health worker training, development national clinical tools ( guidelines and IEC materials), and ensuring access to basic medical supplies. Emmanuel is also the founding Secretary General of the Liberia NCD Alliance, where he champions stronger national action on non-communicable diseases. Know for his collaborative approach and deep commitment to health equity, he brings a wealth of experience and insight into the challenges and opportunities of integrated care in low-resource settings.
