Prof. Willie Sai Ho Chan ( Prof Chan ) LLB, MD, grew up in Hong Kong. He completed his schooling from the Queen's College, Hong Kong, and studied aircraft engineering at the Hong Kong Far East Flying & Technical School. And he received his Bachelor's degree ( LLB ) from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China, and Doctor of Medicine ( MD ) from the China Medical University in Taiwan, China. He is currently working as Fellow, Professor and National Representative of the European Association for Predictive, Preventive and Personalised Medicine EPMA, Brussels, Belgium in Taiwan, China. He acts as Coordinator among other countries to promote the aim of the Association. He is an inter- and multi-disciplinar healthcare professional with increasing international recognition. He also serves as an Editor-in-Chief for several journals and is an editorial board member and reviewer for various journals. His main paper " Taiwan's Healthcare Report 2010 " ( EPMA Journal 20l0 ), was published in the book " Healthcare Overview " ( Springer 2012). Dr. Khue Vu Nguyen (born in Ha Noi, Viet Nam) is currently Visiting Professor in the School of Medical Imaging, Jiangsu Vocational College of Medicine, Yancheng 224005 Jiangsu, China, and collaborating for research work with the Centre for Molecular Biophysics from Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, CNRS, at Orleans, 45071 Orleans, France. He was Full Project Scientist in the Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics, University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine, San Diego, California 92103, U.S.A. He has worked as Scientist in different French and U.S. Research Institutions and Companies. Dr. Mihail Lucian Birsa is currently a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania. In 2003 he was selected as a member of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, working with Professor Henning Hopf in TU Braunschweig - Germany. Since then numerous return fellowships were granted by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. He has more than 125 publications in peer-review journals and published +45 books/book chapters (John Wiley & Sons, Thieme etc). Also, is editorial board member in more than 50 journals such as Applied Sciences, Arkivoc, BioChem, Edelweiss Chemical Science Journal, Journal of Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Design, Journal of Fine Chemical Engineering, Modern Approaches in Drug Designing, Pharmaceutical Toxicology.

Prof. Ubaldo Comite was born in Cosenza, Italy, June 14, 1971. He has a degree in Law (1994) and Economics (1996) at the University of Messina (Italy) and earned his Ph.D. in Public Administration at the University of Calabria, Rende (Cs) Italy, in 2005. Currently he is a Full professor of Budget and Business Organization at the Faculty of Economy, Department of Business Sciences, University of Calabria. Furthermore, he is a professor of Business Administration and Health Management at the Faculty of Economy, University Giustino Fortunato (Benevento – Italy). His Research interests are: Private and Public Management, non-profit Organizations and Accounting, Health Management.

Prof. Orchidea Maria Lecian graduated and defended her PhD thesis at Sapienza University of Rome and ICRA, Italy. She was postdoctoral Fellow at IHES (France), Max Plank Institute- Golm (Germany), and Sapienza University of Rome. She was invited in intensive-research programmes, such as at The Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences.She received the SAIA-NS'P International Researcher's Fellowship and was there appointed Erasmus Lecturer at Comenius University Bratislava (Slovakia). She was Visiting Professor at Kursk State University (Russia). She was Assistant Professor and is now Associate Professor at Sapienza University of Rome. She has been serving several International Journals with editorial positions. She has participated in several National Conferences and International ones. She is member of several research consortia. She is author of research papers, review papers, conference-proceeding papers and five books.

Dr. Laura Gabriela SARBU is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania. She received a Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry in 2015. During the Ph.D. program she joined several times the Prof. dr. Henning Hopf research team in TU Braunschweig – Germany. She has more than 55 publications in peer-review journals and published 4 books.
